Please notify us if you wish to return an item within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging for resale.
We will not refund the delivery charge or the cost of the return.
Please ensure you have adequate insurance if returning fragile or glass items as we will not be able to refund you if the item arrives damaged.
Please ensure you send the item back within 7 days of the return being authorised by us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of personalised items due to the fact that they have been personalised for your taste.
