mySilkFlowers Ltd delivers from our warehouse in Manchester throughout the UK.
Free delivery is available on most orders, excluding Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Republic of Ireland.
Dispatch and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders placed by 1pm within 24 hours, excluding orders containing bespoke or fragile items, and items subject to availability. Orders are dispatched using a 48hour courier(excludes weekends, Bank Holidays and some Scottish postcodes). Courier tracking information will be emailed for some orders on the day of dispatch. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder.
It may take us longer to dispatch larger orders, but we will be in touch if this is the case.
If a next day delivery service is used, we can never guarantee next day delivery, as couriers can occasionally mis-route parcels, items may be out of stock or we may be exceptionally busy. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
Dispatch and Delivery of Bespoke Orders
Orders containing bespoke items (such as Handmade tributes) will be dispatched together. We aim to have all bespoke orders sent out within 5 days, but this may take slightly longer during our busy periods. If you need bespoke items in a rush, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we will see if we can fit you in!
